I had many fake reviews from homeaway.com. I insert this in my TC:
NO WEB POSTING: We recognize that unfortunately, web "reviews"
are being used by guest(s) to either blackmail or "punish" owners for
non-return of a guest's security deposit, despite theft or damage by
the guest and other issues. Occasionally, a guest will book their stay,
without doing their due diligence and be disappointed that an amenity
he/she wanted was not available, even though the advertising clearly
states it is not. Because web reviews can seriously financially affect
a vacation rental , we have decided to adopt the new "no review" policy
as many vacation rentals have, that by returning this confirmation
agreement, you (all registered guests in your party) hereby agree
not to post anything on any web site, good or bad, about
"Walk-on-the- Beach" Guesthouse without written permission from
owner.
